Formation of Purchase Contract

A purchase contract is considered concluded once the Seller confirms the order electronically.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel the order if the goods become unavailable, incorrect data is provided, or a technical/system error occurs. Any paid amounts will be refunded.

Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in EUR including VAT unless stated otherwise.
Delivery costs are displayed before confirming the order.
Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

Delivery

Goods are delivered within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania. Delivery to other EU countries may be offered during checkout, depending on the nature of the product and logistical capabilities.
Goods are delivered by courier services or another delivery method selected by the Customer during the checkout process.
The delivery time depends on the production time of the goods, stock availability, and the delivery address. The estimated delivery time is indicated for each product or provided during the checkout process.
The Customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address and ensuring that the goods can be received. The Seller is not liable for undelivered goods due to an incorrect address or the Customer being unavailable at the time of delivery.
Ownership of the goods transfers to the Customer when the goods are handed over to the transport company. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the Customer at the moment of handover.
If the goods are delivered damaged or with missing parts, the Customer must immediately inform the Seller by email at info@ruzga.lt and provide photos and relevant documents proving the damage.
If the Customer refuses to accept goods that are delivered in good condition and as agreed, the cost of return shipping shall be covered by the Customer.
All delivery costs are displayed during checkout, prior to payment.

Consumer Rights

Consumer rights relating to returns, warranties and data protection are governed by:

• the Privacy Policy

• the Returns & Refunds Policy

• the Cookies Policy

These policies form an integral part of these Terms.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

• safe installation and handling of metal products (sharp edges, heavy weight)

• protecting surrounding surfaces from Corten products (possible rust staining)

Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be settled amicably.
Failing agreement, disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
EU consumers may use the EU ODR platform:

Lithuanian law shall apply.

Amendments

The Seller may update these Terms at any time.
The updated version becomes effective upon publication on the Website.

Šios taisyklės ir sąlygos nustato MB „Ruzga“ valdomos svetainės https://zaltysdesign.lt naudojimo tvarką ir taisykles.

Prieidami ir naudodamiesi šia svetaine, jūs patvirtinate, kad sutinkate su visomis čia nurodytomis taisyklėmis ir sąlygomis. Jei nesutinkate su bet kuria šių taisyklių dalimi, prašome toliau nesinaudoti „Žaltys Design“ svetaine.

Pirkimo–pardavimo sutarties sudarymas

Pirkimo sutartis laikoma sudaryta nuo momento, kai Pardavėjas elektroniniu būdu patvirtina užsakymo priėmimą. Pardavėjas turi teisę atsisakyti įvykdyti užsakymą dėl techninės klaidos, netikslių pirkėjo duomenų ar kai prekė nebeturima. Tokiu atveju apmokėjimas, jei atliktas, grąžinamas pirkėjui.

Kainos ir atsiskaitymas

Visos kainos nurodomos eurais (EUR) su PVM, nebent nurodyta kitaip.
Prekės pristatomos tik gavus pilną apmokėjimą.
Pristatymo kaina nurodoma prieš užsakymo patvirtinimą.

Pristatymas

Prekės pristatomos Lietuvos Respublikos teritorijoje. Pristatymas į kitas ES valstybes gali būti pasiūlytas užsakymo metu, priklausomai nuo prekės pobūdžio ir logistikos galimybių.
Prekės pristatomos kurjerių tarnybomis arba kitu Kliento pasirinktu būdu, nurodytu užsakymo metu.
Prekės pristatymo terminas priklauso nuo prekės gamybos laiko, sandėlio likučio ir pristatymo adreso. Preliminarus pristatymo terminas nurodomas prie kiekvienos prekės arba informuojamas užsakymo metu.
Klientas privalo užtikrinti teisingą pristatymo adresą ir sudaryti sąlygas pristatyti prekę. Pardavėjas neatsako už nepristatytas prekes dėl neteisingai nurodyto adreso ar kliento neprieinamumo pristatymo metu.
Nuosavybės teisė į prekes pereina Klientui nuo prekių perdavimo transporto bendrovei momento. Rizika dėl atsitiktinio prekės žuvimo ar sugedimo pereina Klientui nuo prekės perdavimo momento.
Jei prekė pristatoma sugadinta arba trūksta dalių, Klientas privalo nedelsdamas informuoti Pardavėją el. paštu: info@ruzga.lt ir pateikti pažeidimo nuotraukas bei dokumentus.
Jeigu Klientas atsisako priimti kokybiškas ir tinkamai pristatytas prekes, grąžinimo išlaidas apmoka Klientas.
Visos pristatymo kainos pateikiamos užsakymo patvirtinimo metu prieš apmokėjimą.

Vartotojų teisės

Vartotojų teisės dėl grąžinimo, garantijų ir duomenų apsaugos reglamentuojamos atskirose politikose:
– Privatumo politika
– Grąžinimo ir pinigų grąžinimo politika
– Slapukų politika

Jos yra neatskiriama šių taisyklių dalis.

Pirkėjo atsakomybė

Pirkėjas privalo naudoti prekes pagal paskirtį ir laikytis saugos reikalavimų.
Corten gaminiai gali rūdyti ir palikti žymas ant paviršių — tai yra natūrali savybė ir nelaikoma defektu.

Ginčų sprendimas

Ginčai sprendžiami derybomis, o nepavykus – Lietuvos Respublikos teismuose pagal LR teisę.

Sąlygų pakeitimai

Pardavėjas turi teisę atnaujinti šias taisykles. Nauja redakcija įsigalioja nuo jos paskelbimo svetainėje.
