Returns & Refunds Policy
This policy applies only to natural persons – consumers who purchase goods remotely in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union. The right of return does not apply to legal entities (business customers), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Right to Withdraw from the Contract
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The 30-day withdrawal period starts from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly by email: info@ruzga.lt
Your request must include: your full name, order number, item(s) being returned, and the bank account number to which the refund should be made.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued no later than 30 days from the date we receive the returned goods and assess their condition. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. No additional fees will be applied to you for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
not be used more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning
not be damaged or otherwise reduced in value
be in its original and undamaged packaging
have all protective labels, films or seals intact (if applicable)
If the value of the returned goods has decreased due to improper handling by the customer, the seller reserves the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value from the refund.
Non-returnable Goods
The following goods cannot be returned:
goods made to order or clearly personalized
goods whose natural properties lead to changes over time, making them unsuitable for resale as new
goods which have decreased in value due to improper storage or usage
Corten Steel Products – Characteristics and Return Restrictions
Corten steel naturally oxidizes and forms a rust-like patina. This is an intended and unavoidable process. Due to varying environmental conditions (humidity, rainfall, temperature, location, contact with soil, salts, etc.), the patina may differ in color, texture, and uniformity.
Such changes are not considered defects or quality issues.
Corten steel products may only be returned if they:
have not been used outdoors or installed
have not begun to oxidize or change color
are in fully original condition and packaging
If a product has begun to rust, oxidize, or develop patina unevenly, it is not eligible for return and no refund will be issued.
Cost of Return Shipping
If the return concerns goods without defects, the customer is responsible for all return costs and risks. Returned goods must be shipped to:

The seller is not responsible for goods lost or damaged during return shipment. It is strongly recommended to use a registered and insured shipping service. Refunds will not be issued if returned goods are not received or proof of delivery is not provided.
Defective Goods and Warranty
If a product does not meet quality requirements, you may request:
replacement of the product
repair of the product
a price reduction
termination of the contract and a full refund
In such cases, the return costs shall be covered by the seller.
All goods are covered by a statutory minimum 2-year warranty.

Grąžinimo ir pinigų grąžinimo politika
Ši politika taikoma tik fiziniams asmenims – vartotojams, įsigyjantiems prekes nuotoliniu būdu pagal Lietuvos Respublikos ir Europos Sąjungos teisės aktus. Juridiniams asmenims grąžinimo teisė netaikoma, išskyrus atvejus, kai tai aptarta atskiru susitarimu.
Teisė atsisakyti sutarties
Jūs turite teisę atsisakyti pirkimo–pardavimo sutarties per 30 dienų nenurodydami jokios priežasties.
30 dienų terminas skaičiuojamas nuo dienos, kai jūs arba jūsų nurodytas trečiasis asmuo (kuris nėra vežėjas) gauna prekes.

Prašyme būtina nurodyti: vardą, pavardę, užsakymo numerį, grąžinamą prekę ir sąskaitos numerį, į kurį turi būti grąžinti pinigai.
Pinigų grąžinimas
Pinigai bus grąžinti ne vėliau kaip per 30 dienų nuo dienos, kai gausime grąžintas prekes ir įvertinsime jų būklę. Pinigai grąžinami tokiu pačiu mokėjimo būdu, kuris buvo naudotas užsakymui apmokėti. Jums nebus taikomi jokie papildomi mokesčiai.
Prekių grąžinimo sąlygos
Kad prekė būtų tinkama grąžinti, būtina užtikrinti, jog:
prekė nebuvo naudota daugiau, nei būtina jos pobūdžiui patikrinti
prekė nėra sugadinta ar kitaip praradusi savo vertę
prekė yra originalioje ir nepažeistoje pakuotėje
nuo prekės nebuvo nuimtos apsauginės plėvelės ar žymėjimai (jei tokie buvo)
Jeigu prekės vertė sumažėjo dėl netinkamo pirkėjo elgesio, pardavėjas turi teisę sumažinti grąžinamą sumą proporcingai vertės sumažėjimui.
Prekės, kurių grąžinti negalima
Negalima grąžinti:
pagal individualų užsakymą pagamintų ar aiškiai personalizuotų prekių
prekių, kurių natūrali savybė yra keistis laikui bėgant ir dėl to jos tampa nebeparduodamos kaip naujos
prekių, sumažėjusių vertės dėl netinkamo laikymo ar naudojimo
Corten plieno gaminių ypatybės ir grąžinimo apribojimai
Corten plienas natūraliai oksiduojasi ir įgauna rūdžių patiną. Tai yra numatytas ir neišvengiamas procesas. Dėl skirtingos aplinkos įtakos (drėgmė, lietus, temperatūra, vieta, paviršiaus kontaktas su druskomis ar žeme) patinos spalva, tekstūra ir tolygumas visada gali skirtis.
Šie pokyčiai nelaikomi prekės trūkumu ar defektu.
Corten plieno gaminiai grąžinami tik tokiu atveju, jei jie:
nebuvo naudoti lauke ar montuoti
nėra pradėję oksiduotis ar keisti spalvos
yra pilnai originalios būklės ir pakuotėje
Jeigu prekė jau pradėjo rūdyti, oksiduotis arba patina susiformavo netolygiai, prekė nėra tinkama grąžinimui ir pinigai negrąžinami.
Grąžinimo išlaidos
Jeigu grąžinama prekė yra be trūkumų, pirkėjas dengia visas prekių grąžinimo išlaidas ir riziką. Prekės turi būti siunčiamos adresu:

Pardavėjas neatsako už siuntimo metu sugadintas ar pamestas prekes. Rekomenduojama naudoti registruotą ir draustą siuntimo būdą. Pinigai negrąžinami, jeigu prekės negauname arba negauname įrodymo dėl jų perdavimo.
Brokuotos prekės ir garantija
Jei prekė neatitinka kokybės reikalavimų, galite prašyti:
prekės pakeitimo
rekonstrukcijos (remonto)
kainos sumažinimo
sutarties nutraukimo ir pinigų grąžinimo
Tokiu atveju grąžinimo išlaidas apmoka pardavėjas.
Visoms prekėms taikoma įstatymu nustatyta minimali 2 metų garantija.
Ginčų sprendimas
Jeigu su pardavėju nepavyksta išspręsti ginčo, galite kreiptis į:
